User Guide : Steps to Sending SMS

A. Login

1. Get registered by signing up. Click here to register if you have not.
2. Activate your account by buying a minimum of 100 sms credits.
3. Login as client with your registered user name.
4. Login with the password you used for signing up.
    

B. Sending Single message

1. Mobile No.: destination mobile number( the number you are sending to) in international format (e.g. if you want to sms 08050789657,rewrite it as 2348050789657,no need to put +).
2. Sender ID: your mobile number or name or organization name. It must not be more than eleven (11)characters. This include space between letters.
3. Message: Type the message you want to send. Single text message contains a maximum 160 characters.
4. Message Type : Messages are of mainly three types; Normal Text, Unicode and Flash.
    

C. Bulk Message

Bulk Message means distribution of same message to multiple recipients (a group of numbers) at the same time.

1. Upload File: Here you can upload the .txt file which consists of a group of mobile numbers as many as you wish. You can create the file with notepad; write mobile numbers in the text file one by one i.e. second number should be on the second line. E.g.
   2348075639773
   2340861341205
   2348053425363
   2348020509087
   2348049084844
   and so on. Press the enter key to start a new line.
2. Follow steps 2 to 4 in B above.

HINTS:

• You can schedule messages to be delivered at a particular day and time once you log in to your account.

• Before you start sending SMS, you need to set your name or number which would be displayed on the receiver's mobile phone. You can set any number or name (not more then 11 characters) such as your GSM ID which belongs to you.

• When the system tries to deliver your message to a phone number which is switched off or out of range the message will remain in the network for sometime. As soon as the mobile comes in range that message will be delivered to it.

• If you forget your password, simply inform us and upon verification that you are the rightful account owner, your password would be sent to you.

• There is no limitation on the amount of messages you can send. You can send as many messages as your account balance allows. Money is charged for each SMS text message. Note however that the amount of messages you can send is only limited by the credit balance of your account.

• To check the balance you have in your account, login to your account with your user-name and password and check your credit details.
